1. No Refund Policy
All registrations, bookings, nominations, packages, sponsorships, and services purchased through our website are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.
We strongly advise you to review all event details, package inclusions, pricing, and terms carefully before proceeding with payment.
2. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate or multiple charges for the same transaction
- Payment deducted but registration or service not delivered due to a technical or administrative error on our part
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date for review.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time period through the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
4. Payment Gateway
Payments on our website are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized providers. We do not store or have access to your card or banking details.
5. Event Changes or Force Majeure
In the event of rescheduling, modification, or cancellation of an event due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or reasons beyond our control, the organizer reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements or credits at its discretion. Cash refunds will not be guaranteed.
